Apple Silicon (M1 and later), macOS 12.3 or newer.
autorec isn't notarized by Apple yet, so the first launch takes an extra click. Drag it to Applications, then right-click it there and choose Open. macOS asks once whether you're sure. After that it launches like anything else.
