By accessing autorec.app or purchasing autorec software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase the software.

2. Product

Autorec is a desktop application for automatic meeting recording, transcription, and summarization. It is sold as a one-time purchase per major version through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

3. Purchases

• All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record.
• Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes as calculated by Lemon Squeezy.
• Each purchase grants you a license to use the current major version and all its minor updates.
• Future major versions (e.g., v2.0) require a separate purchase.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on autorec.app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of autorec and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Autorec is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to lost data, lost recordings, or business interruption.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the website or software after changes constitutes acceptance.
