End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use autorec on your personal computers. This license covers the major version you purchased and all its minor updates (e.g., purchasing v1.0 grants access to all v1.x.x releases).

2. Single User

Each license is for a single individual. You may install autorec on multiple personal devices that you own and operate, but you may not share your license with others.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software to provide services to third parties on a commercial basis

4. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in autorec remain with the developer. Your recordings, transcripts, and other data generated by the software belong to you.

5. Updates

Minor version updates (e.g., 1.0 to 1.x) are included with your purchase at no additional cost. Major version updates (e.g., 1.x to 2.0) require a new purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.
