If you are not satisfied with autorec for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Go to your Lemon Squeezy customer portal
- Find your autorec purchase
- Click "Request Refund"
Alternatively, email support@autorec.app with your order number and we'll process it manually.
After 14 Days
Refund requests after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@autorec.app and we'll do our best to help.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
